My approach combines entrepreneurial thinking, operational leadership experience, and psychological competence into a clearly structured, solution-oriented model. The focus is on facts, analysis, communication, and implementation – supplemented by methods that make change processes more efficient and sustainable.

 

I work according to a systemic and resource-oriented approach that considers both organizational and human dynamics. This is precisely where I begin: making affects visible and develop what is required.

 

My many years of experience working in demanding international environments has given me an approach that combines practicality, clarity, and stability . It's about:

In coaching and consulting, I combine NLP, hypnosystemic methods, resonance work, and systemic-solution-focused approaches . These methods support leaders and teams in sharpening their perception, increasing their ability to act, and not only planning changes but also implementing them successfully.
