Practical training in communication and leadership

 

My training programs offer targeted, methodologically sound development in communication, self-leadership, and professional effectiveness. They combine operational leadership experience, systemic perspectives, and psychological competence – and are aimed at people who want to strengthen their impact in their professional lives.

 

The training programs address the points where professional reality and the ability to implement strategies intersect: in demanding situations, under high pressure, or in complex team and communication dynamics. The focus is on clear communication, stable self-management, and measurable implementation in everyday practice.

 

 

Cyprus Retreat 2026

 

Together with my wife Sylvia Hartig-Tomek and the Kutschera Institute as cooperation partners, we are planning a five-day retreat in Cyprus, the island of Aphrodite, for November 2026.

 

A retreat deliberately held in the warm November light of Cyprus – with sun, sea, space to breathe, and time for inner reflection. Five days that allow you to gain perspective, resonate with your surroundings, discover new things, and connect with a small group of people seeking change and growth.

 

This includes inspiring moments, good food in taverns, enriching encounters and the opportunity to realign oneself – in an atmosphere that fosters transformation without forcing anything.
